Answer: Yes. The cost of the hotel is $99.00 per night and this rate is only extended to 3 days before the conference and 3 days after the conference. If you are a seminarian or new ministers and choose to extend your stay, you will be responsible for the cost difference in airfare and will be responsible for the cost of the hotel.
Answer: No, registration fees are nonrefundable.
Answer: Yes - Registration for EMERGE has closed and will no longer be taking reservations. If you have any questions regarding an existing registration, please contact Stephanie Heflin at [email protected].
Answer: Registration fees will be $75 for seminarians, $100 for new-to-ABC ministers, and $150 for Ministers Conference attendees. Room rates at the Doubletree will be $99 per night.
For Ministers Conference attendees, in addition to your airfare, costs will include the following:
• Registration fee is $150 per attendee.
• Hotel rooms at the Doubletree at $99 per night, for single or double occupancy, exclusive of taxes.
• You may choose to purchase some or all of the meals being arranged as part of the conference. Costs for these meals are: breakfast - $20, lunch - $28 and dinner - $35. On Thursday evening, there is a $10 fee for dinner.
• You may choose to use the airport shuttle service for $30.
For Ministers Conference attendees, in addition to your airfare, costs will include the following:
• Registration fee is $150 per attendee.
• Hotel rooms at the Doubletree at $99 per night, for single or double occupancy, exclusive of taxes.
• You may choose to purchase some or all of the meals being arranged as part of the conference. Costs for these meals are: breakfast - $20, lunch - $28 and dinner - $35. On Thursday evening, there is a $10 fee for dinner.
